- Pre heat oven to 350° F (or 175° C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Â In a large bowl, whisk together oats, almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, flaxseed, cinnamon, and salt.
- Spread the oat mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet. Toast in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and fragrant, stirring once or twice.
- Remove the baking sheet from the oven and stir in the coconut flakes. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the coconut is lightly toasted.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Stir in the honey (or maple syrup).
- Once the mixture is cool enough to handle, stir in the dried fruit
- Let the muesli cool completely before storing in an airtight container. This muesli will stay fresh for up to 2 weeks
