If you’re thinking about a healthy breakfast, you need this recipe.

This is my favorite breakfast.
Most of the time I finish my breakfast with this “Homemade Fruity Nut Muesli”.

I basically start my work very early in the morning. So my morning goes by very busy.
Finding time to make breakfast is a bit difficult for me. So I looked for a breakfast recipe that is healthy and delicious, can be prepared very quickly and will give me energy to start my day.

And finally I found this recipe.

On the weekend I make the recipe and store it for my healthy breakfasts throughout the week.
Usually I mix this “Homemade Fruity Nut Muesli” with low fat milk. But it tastes better with yogurt.
When I wake up in the morning, I mix one serving “Homemade Fruity Nut Muesli” in a bowl of milk and leave it for 10 to 15 minutes. Sometimes I keep overnight too.
It has a crunchy texture when eaten instantly.
But if you prefer soft creamy melted texture then my recommendation is to soak overnight.

So let’s see the recipe 🔽

  • Let the muesli cool completely before storing in an airtight container. This muesli will stay fresh for up to 2 weeks
